Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is fantastic, right across the esplanade walkway with ocean views from some rooms. It's ideal for families with young children, near restaurants and attractions. However, some noise from a nearby bar and smaller bathrooms were minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in allowed me to enjoy eating on the balcony with a stunning view of the bay. The room was spacious, although the TV could have been bigger for a large family room. The service was top-notch without exception, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, although at times the service could be a bit uneven. The location was superb, close to the Esplanade where all the action is happening. The dining options were not included and a bit pricey, but the shareable appetizers were a hit. Overall, a great value for money stay.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The views over the bay from my room were simply stunning, and relaxing on the balcony with a beer was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the early morning noise from a garbage truck was a bit of a nuisance.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, well-serviced, and offered a beautiful view of the sea and tropical trees. Being able to prepare my own breakfast was very convenient. The service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff available 24/7. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the sea, parklands, and seaside walkways. The dining options were good, although I didn't try the cooked breakfast. Overall, a great value for money.
During our 4-night stay, the hotel exceeded my expectations with modern rooms featuring fantastic air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Although the room had a slight off smell, it was overall a great, cozy stay. The only downside was a round fluro light as the main light without a cover on it, which felt outdated.
The hotel is perfectly situated on the esplanade, close to the wading pool and restaurants. The rooms are tidy and maintained to a high standard, offering comfortable double beds. The service was friendly and helpful, although the lack of adjoining rooms was a downside. The location is excellent for exploring Cairns city, with staff willing to assist in booking tours. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the availability of Hungarian beef stew was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a value for money stay with minor inconveniences.
The hotel has a perfect location right across from Muddy's kids playground and close to the Cairns Lagoon, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the area. The rooms were great overall, with one big bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. The service was fantastic, with informative and friendly staff going above and beyond to help. However, the dining experience was pretty ordinary if ordering from the menu.
The hotel offers spacious and great rooms for a family stay. Coming back to tidy and clean rooms after a day out is very satisfying. The balcony with a wonderful view is a highlight, although the lighting could be improved for a more modern feel.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with beautiful views of the sea and tropical trees on the hills. The service is friendly and accommodating, although the lack of adjoining rooms might be a downside for some. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the center and with a great view. The dining options are more than adequate, providing good value for money.
